70 -- PC ADMINISTRATIVE TERMINALS/SERVERS, LASER PRINTERS, CAT.5 CABLING, AND OTHER SUPPLIES THAT MUST BE INSTALLED/INTEGRATED INTO AN ACD NETWORK DUE 061597 POC Jerry Burton Tel: (410) 965-9487 FAX:(410) 965-9560 The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to procure peripheral equipment, supplies, and services required to establish an automated call distribution system (ACD) at SSA's Northeastern Program Service Center (NEPSC) in Jamaica, NY. The NEPSC is served by a SSA-owned Intecom IBX S/80 Telephone System which will be upgraded with core ACD hardware/software (CallWise Deluxe Upgrade) available from Intecom, Inc. under SSA maintenance contract 600-96-28130. Thus, equipment/ supplies/ services described in this announcement must be integrated with the Intecom core hardware and software to form the required ACD network. Intecom, Inc. is the only known source that can perform the required ACD upgrade while preserving telephone system maintenance coverage and preserving ACD core hardware/software warranty terms and conditions. Vendors capable of performing the ACD peripheral equipment and cable installation and are able to secure an Intecom, Inc. [972- 447-8338] maintenance eligibility certification on work performed can obtain detailed network requirements from the above listed SSA POC. Evidence of those vendor capabilities must accompany any response to this announcement within 15 days after the CBD publication date.
