The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 90-46. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A J&A for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement shall cover the following items: CLIN 1. Analysis of Human Resource Management Systems and NSISP FIT Analsys. Location of Project: New Orleans. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
