The following specifications are required: (1) must be compatible with and able to communicate with numerous brands of secure and non-secure faxes worldwide, including the RICOH 2212; (2) must be able to transmit secure and non-secure; (3) must have an electrical rate of 115 VAC 50/60 Hz and a transmission rate of 2400 to 9600 bps; and (4) must have an automatic protocol detection feature. An equal or equivalent to the GTE Easy Fax 90si is requested. No RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. Award will be based on evaluation of specifications. Firms having the capabilities necessary to meet the above requirements are invited to submit quotes and/or any information deemed necessary to complete this requirement.
