J -- MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR, INCLUDING HVAC SOL SOL -- KCMO-03-N-97 DUE 073197 POC Karen McCullough, Contract Specialist, 816-926-1248; Khristy Baughman, Contracting Officer, 816-926-6084 The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, tools, skilled personnel, supervision and necessary equipment, etc., to perform maintenance and repair service on the mechanical equipment, including HVAC, for the agency located at 8930 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, Missouri 64114. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, boilers, motor generators, switch gear, refrigeration compressors, air handlers, etc. Maintenance must be available 24 hours a day, seven days per week. The building consist of three floors, approximately 200,000 square feet, and contains a large computer facility. The base year of the contract shall be for one year from the data of contract award, with two (2), one year option periods. The government reserves the right to exercise the last option year for at least one month, and not more than twelve months. Issue date of the solicitation will be on or about June 26, 1997.
