Barker, Contracting Officer The VA Medical Center, 1201 NW 16th Street, Miami, FL 33125, is issuing an unrestrictive, competitive, negotiated solicitation for Radiology procedures and Laboratory services, on a per procedure basis, for the VA Outpatient Clinic, 1036 NW 1st Ave. Homestead, FL 33030. Contractor shall be able to provide both radiological procedures and laboratory services at the same facililty and be able to furnish professional interpretations through a telecommuniccation linkage. Contractor shall provide the PC's and hook-up's, at no additional charge for this service. Contractor shall be responsible for all preventive and as needed maintenance on their PC's and all associated devices and to train their personnel in the operations of their equipment and transmission of the reports. Contractors facility must be within a 15 mile radius of the VA Outpatient Clinic, Homestead, FL. It is anticipated that prices will not exceed Medicare rates.
