R -- CLEANING OF BURIAL MARKERS AND OTHER STONE MONUMENTS SOL 14431b560097001 DUE 072397 POC Point of Contact -- Contact Point: Robbie Beard (601) 636-0583 x8027 The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, fuel, transportation, tools, supplies, supervision and management necessary to perform cleaning of all burial markers and other stone monuments(approximately 18,000 in number) within the 46 acre Vicksburg National Cemetery located in Vicksburg, Mississippi. The desired condition is for all stone work to be cleaned of dirt grime and algae with no damage to federal property. Federal property included, but is not limited to, all markers and landscaped turf and the terraces comprising the cemetery. Solicitation will be available on or about June 19, 1997.
