One or more Real Estate Asset Manager (REAM) Monitors are required to provide performance monitoring of real estate management and related services for single family properties which are owned by or in the custody of the Department's Arkansas State Office. This is a sealed bid procurement with the Government having the unilateral option to extend the one-year base period service for four consecutive periods on a year-to-year basis. A firm fixed-price indefinite-delivery quantity contract will be awarded. The acquisition is being offered as a 100% Total Small Business set aside. Anticipated award date is August 15, 1997.
