(EPA) Office requires Administrative Support Services for Region 10. It
is anticipated that this will be a competitive, fixed price contract.
This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Under this
procurement the contractor will provide services for the daily
provisions of forms, supplies, mail, shipping/receiving, photocopying,
delivery, light moving and general labor. Services will also be
required to provide for minor equipment assembly and repair, road-ready
preparation of fleet vehicles, audio-visual and telecommunications
routing and set-up and property management support operations for EPA
Region 10. Most of the services will be provided at Region 10 Main
building; but there is also warehouse spaces and a Federal warehouse
approximately five miles distant from the main building. The
anticipated release date for the solicitation is June 11, 1997. This
requirement is for a base year and four (4) one (1) year options; and
a 6 month option in accordancewith FAR 52.217-8. A preproposal
conference/site visit may occur, details will be included in the RFP.
The purpose of this CBD announcement is to notify potential offerors of
EPA's requirement, generate a source list, and to direct interested
parities to the EPA's "Doing Business with EPA" Internet World Wide Web
site at http://www.epa.gov/oam for further information on this
procurement as it becomes available. The RFP, amendments and other
related items for this procurement will be posted to the Web site and
