The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking bids for the removal of trash and debris from an existing ten story Government building located at 320 First Street, N.W., Washington D.C. Contractor will be required to provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the required trash and debris removal service. All equipment and removal service shall comply with all National Standards, Governmental, and local codes. All contractors desiring consideration will be required to have extensive knowledge of the District of Columbia Government Codes, General Services Administration requirements, and previous and comparable experience in trash removal services. Conractors desiring consideration shall submit request for solicitation in writing. No phone requests will be accepted. The requirement will be a 100% set-aside for small business.
