Work includes installation of 24" culvert, repairing the damaged portion of fill slope and subgrade by placing riprap bench and finishing with soil from borrow source from cut bank of road, seeding, fertilizing, mulching all disturbed areas, replacing lost base road, and asphalt surfacing. Also include cleaning of ditches, cmps and road surface from MP 0.00 to MP 3.75 jct with Road 2840640 on the Hood River Ranger District of the Mt. Hood National Forest.
