Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following items of work: replacement of two (2) existing 60 ton chillers, operating controls, cooling coils, chilled water pumps, condenser pumps and main switchgear electrical panel. The estimated cost range for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Specifications and drawings will be available on or about June 27, 1997. Closing date and time of submittal of offers is July 29, 1997 at 4:00 p.m. (Chicago time). Offers will be opened privately. The number of proposals received, the identity of offers, the amount of any offer or relative standing of any offer will not be disclosed. This project is a total Small Business Set-Aside. Responses received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.
