Z -- REPAIR THE STORM DRAIN SYSTEM, FORT BUCHANAN, PUERTO RICO SOL DAKF11-97-B-0017 DUE 080497 POC Contract Specialist PHILLIP M BRASWELL (404) 464-4111 (Site Code DAKF11) Contractor shall furnish all material, equipment and labor necessary to repair the storm drain system, Fort Buchana, Puerto Rico. The work consist of but is not limited to repairs of the existing storm sewer system including open channels, underground rough concrete pipes, inlets, catch basins, manholes, curbs, open earth channels and natural swales throughout the post. Work includes the replacement of damaged pipes, manholes and catch basins, covers, eliminate open half pipe channels and construct concrete swales in conjunction with underground rough concrete pipes, curb installation and cross gutters on some critical areas on streets and roads to improve surface drainage. Work also includes cleaning of existing underground pipes and inlets, open channels (concrete) earth swales and perform some minor grade elevation to enforce surface water to low point or desired inlets or catch basins. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 -- $500,000 and funds are not currently available to award this project.
