This project is advertised as a Source Selection Request for Proposal. Proposals will be evaluated on price and the following technical factors: (1) Relevant Project Experience and (2) Project Organization, Quality Control and Safety. Award will be made based on the lowest price, technically acceptable proposal. The work consists of repairing the electrical distribution system at Laurel Bay housing area. Work includes "live-line" work on a 12.47 KV distribution system and secondary service drops. Work consists of but is not limited to replacement of power poles, cross arms, pole mounted transformers, and miscellaneous pole line hardware. The work will also include the replacement of "open" secondary conductors with triplex conductors. The bulk of the work is overhead but there is minor underground work.
