Neebish Lt. #14 in the St. Marys River, Sault Ste. Marie, Chippewa County, Michigan. Work shall include the replacement of the existing structure with a new ice resistant structure. Work shall also entail demolition and removal of the existing concrete foundation and supporting piles; surveying and positioning for the new structure; fabrication of structural steel components, including the pile driving template, ice protection cone, tower and all associated components; placement and driving of steel bearing piles; placement of the pile driving temkplate; construction of the sheet pile cell; installation of the ice protection cone; concrete placement within the structure; and placement ofthe tower, handrails and accompanying appurtenances.
