Coefficients proposed by offerors are multiplied by the established unit prices in the 1997 Means Software and in the unit price books. The soft- ware used will be the Means Facility Composite Software, 1997 Edition; the Means Repair and Remodeling Software, 1997 Version; and the Means Site- work Software, 1997 Version. The unit price books used will be the 1997 Means Facilities Cost Data; the 1997 Means Building Cost Data; the 1997 Means Concrete Cost Data; the 1997 Means Mechanical Cost Data; the 1997 Means Electrical Cost Data; the 1997 Means Repair and Remodeling Cost Data; and the 1997 Means Site Work Cost Data. Copies of the Software and these unit price books will not be provided by the Government. It is no longer a requirement that bidders must currently be located within a 100 mile radius of the Armed Forces Reserve Center, Los Alamitos, (Orange County) Califronia.
