61 -- SIX CONDUCTOR SHORE CABLE SOL N0025397R0027 DUE 072197 POC Contact Point, Victor Angkico, 360/396-5671 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center NUWC) Division Keyport, intends to solicite for two reels, 25000 feet per reel, of double armored electrical six conductor cable. The cable shall be installed by the Government at existing FORACS sites and is designed and constructed with a high specific gravity for ease in handling and laying. Each conductor of the cable shall consist of a continuous, unspliced 25000 foot length of stranded #18 AWG copper wire. Delivery will be required no later than 01 Dec 97. The solicitation shall be issued on or about 20 June 1997 with a 30 day closing. All responsible sources may submit an offer. No telephone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted.
