It is the intent of the DOE Oak Ridge Operations Office to extend contract DE-AC05-92OR21994 with Systematic Management Services, Inc. up to an additional six months beyond the contract term in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The contract extension will allow DOE to continue receiving services currently being provided while the reprocurement of the service is taking place. Services are primarily being performed at the Oak Ridge site office establishments of Y-12, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and the East Tennessee Technology Park. Services include support in the areas of environmental compliance; occupational safety and health; quality assurance; and project and program management. (0148)
