Contractors to provide all personnel, parts, tools, labor, equipment, materials, supervision and transportation necessary to perform maintenance, inspection, and repair of hospital food service equipment, Andrews AFB, MD. Period of performance is for a twelve (12) month basic period with three (3) one-year option periods, a total of four (4) years. The Government reserves the right not to exercise the options. This acquisition is subject to FAR Part 12 procedures. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. SIC Code is 7629. Size Standard is $3.5 million. Business size must be included with your written request for a copy of the solicitation. Interested sources with knowledge of this type of service must provide written specifications, performance work statement or other material (i.e. descriptive literature, commercial practices, terms and conditions) customarily used in contracts for this type of service. The Service Contract Act will apply to this acquisition. Contractors must certify in writing that they will comply with this Act. The closing date and time of submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. Only written request for a copy of the solicitation will be honored and only one copy per firm. All information required for submission of a offer will be included with the solicitation package. We do not issue receipts for either your request for the solicitation package or for your offer.
