K -- ENGINEERING CHANGE PROPOSAL FOR MH-53E NAVIGATION/COMMUNICATION SYSTEM SOL N00019-95-C-0161 POC Contact, Pamela M. Jackson, Phone (703)604-1920 Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a contract modification to the firm-fixed price contract, N00019-95-C-0161 to EER Systems Corp., 10289 Aerospace Road, Seabrook, Maryland, 20706-2280 for the preparation of an Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) revision to support the reconfiguration of MH-53E Navigation/Communication System (NCS) Installation Kits previously installed in the NCS prototype and validation aircraft. This ECP and the original NCS kits were initially prepared and designed by EER Systems Corp. Level III drawings have not yet been completed to support competitive procurement of the preparation of this ECP revision. The contract modification will be structured to procure this ECP revision in FY-97 in support of possible future deinstallation of 2 NCS Installation Kits in FY-98.
