Rogers and 319-339-7158 Provide (1) FTE Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to perform patient evaluation and treatments to eligible veterans with main focus being outpatients, with some inpatient workload as needed for backup of VA employees. Provide (1) FTE Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to perform direct patient care. The anticipated contract period is October 1, 1997 -- September 30, 1998, with (2) one year options. Work hours at the DVA Medical Center, Hwy 6 West, Iowa City, IA, will be 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Medical personnel must be licensed or eligible by the ATPA in the state of Iowa and provide workers compensation and professional liability insurance. Experience with geriatric patients is preferred.
