Q -- PROVIDE CRYOGEN RE-SUPPLY TO MRI SYSTEM SOL FA4416-97-Q0325 POC R. Davis, Contract Specialist. All request for copies of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) must be in writing. Contractors to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform refilling the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) System. Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the proper levels of various cryogens (i.e. liquid helium, helium gas, liquid nitrogen, or nitrogen gas) for a Sigma Advantage System, Andrews AFB, MD. Period of performance is for a twelve (12) month period. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. If adequate response is not received within fifteen (15) calendar days from Small Businesses, after issuance of this synopsis, this requirement will be issued as "unrestricted" without further notice. SIC Code is 8099. Size Standard is $3.5 million. Business size must be included with your written request for a copy of this Request for Quotation. This acquisition is subject to FAR Part 12 procedures. Interested sources with knowledge of this type of service must provide written specifications, performance work statement or other material (i.e. descriptive literature, commercial practices, terms and conditions) customarily used in contracts for this type of service. The Service Contract Act will apply to this acquisition. Contractors must certify in writing that they will comply with this Act. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. Only written request for a copy of the solicitation will be honored and only one copy per firm. All information required for submission of an offer will be included with the solicitation package. We do not issue receipts for either your request for the solicitation package or for your offer. Request for information must also be in writing, no information will be given over the phone. Only requests received directly from the firm will be honored.
