USDA, Rural Development intends to procure Legal and Related Services for Foreclosure and Bankruptcy cases for Single Family Housing properties in Region I that includes the counties of Highlands, Okeechobee, Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, Broward, Dade, Monroe, Palm Beach Gardens counties and Region II that includes the counties of Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee, Hendry, Collier, Glades, Seminole, Orange, Osceola, Brevard, Polk, Hardee and Desoto in the State of Florida. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. One (1) or more contracts may be awarded under the solicitation. The Contract Periods will be one (1) Base Year with four (4) One-Year Option Periods. The Base Years quantities are estimated at approximately twenty (20) cases and approximately twenty (20) cases for each of the One-Year Option Periods.
