The Memphis Depot Redevelopment Agency (MDRA) seeks a detailed statement of qualifications for a facilities management provider(s) who has property, utility, maintenance, security, and management capabilities and can provide overall architectural and engineering services when required. In addition, the provider must be able to oversee procurement activities for the Memphis Depot facility in Memphis, Tennessee and otherwise direct the Cooperative Caretaker Agreement program on behalf of the MDRA.
