Construction will include site preparation, building construction, electrical, mechanical HVAC, plumbing, cabinetry, and all other tasks set forth in the construction documents and specifications, dated 2/28/97. The estimate for this contract is $2,900,000.00 to $3,400,000.00. The performance period for the contract will be 300 calendar days.
