LICHTLER (914) 938-8175 FAX [914-938-8183] (Site Code DAMA01) The United States Military Academy requires removal and replacement of Sheet Vinyl Floor Covering in various Family Housing Quarters at the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York. Work to include removal of existing sheet vinyl flooring, deteriorated underlayment and installation of new underlayment, vinyl flooring, vinyl cove base and associated materials and labor. Additional work includes disconnect and reinstallation of indicated plumbing and household appliances. The Government intends to award this as a requirements contract, authorizing work through issuance of individual Delivery Orders. This is a Base Plus Four Option Period Solicitation. The TOTAL estimated value of this Solicitation is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation to be issued ON/ABOUT 10 JUNE 1997. Requests will be accepted from all qualified sources.
