Project will be advertised as an RFP, and will be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a period of five (5) years. Competitive proposals will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation package. Total construction is estimated at $5-10 million.
