The USPFO for Minnesota has a requirement for a Television Distribution System for Buildings 7-71 and 7-171, to include installation and training, located at Camp Ripley, Little Falls, MN. Must include all materials and labor associated with the installation of all equipment. Provide a complete operating antenna and distribution system for the transmission of all local VHF, UHF and FM signals. System shall be capable of accepting additional channels and cable T.V. with no modifications. Head-end shall receive signal from the antennas, provide amplification and isolation of signal, and distribute signal to all rooms. The distribution system shall be able to accommodate all frequencies between 5 MHz and 450 MHz. The distribution system shall include splitters and passive components as required. Distribution cable shall feed tap-offs and outlets as indicated. Signal level at room taps shall be +10dBMV and +5 dB at Channel 13. Installation required to be accomplished prior to 1 October 1997. Contract will be in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures under full and open competition. Interested sources must submit a written request for the solicitation.
