This procurement is for Safety and Environmental Management Building Assessment Surveys which examine three professional disciplines; fire protection, facility safety and health, and environmental mangement. The surveys will be conducted in all GSA-controlled space for the entire Region 3 area which includes Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and South Jersey. The anticipated period of service is October 1, 1997 thru September 30, 1998 with the possibility of four (4) one-year options. This procurement will be procured utilizing informal source selection procedures. Award will be made to the responsible offeror most advantageous to the Government in the following areas (the technical evaluation factors listed are of equal importance): (1) Experience, (2) Past Performance; (3) Qualifications of Key Personnel and Authority of Contract Manager; and (4) Technical Approach.
