Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to remove the entire existing asphalt BUR roofing system including asbestos containing flashings and transite ventilation shaft covers; removal of existing mechanical equipment; installation of a new fully-adhered EPDM roofing system; installation of new tapered insulation system; roof drain piping modifications, and installation of a new lightning protection system. The Standard Industrial Code for this procurement is 1761. The Small Business Size Standard is 7.0 Million. Offerors submitting proposals must be located within a 100 mile radius of Natick, MA.
