Dobbs, 703-602-8105 ext.551 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on n multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-97-G-5191 with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Government Electronics Systems, 199 Borton Landing Road, Moorestown, NJ 08057. Orders will be issued for repair (including emergency repairs), refurbishment and maintenance for the AEGIS Weapon System MK 7. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). Lockheed Martin Corporation is the developer and sole producer of the AEGIS Weapon System MK7. It is the only company which possesses the knowledge, experience, tooling and equipment necessary to perform the tasks described. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements. Lockheed Martin Corporation is the Navy's repair and overhaul depot for the AEGIS Weapons System MK 7.
