R -- EMPLOYEE BENEFIT BOOKLET SOL CC-97-Q-0014 POC Patricia Eaton 202/874/5040 The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) seeks to contract with an experienced and qualified Contractor to produce and provide clear and concise personalized statement of benefits booklets to each of approximately 2800 OCC permanent employees and executives. The Contractor must customize each statement to reflect the value of the employee's benefits based upon salary, length of OCC and federal service, age, and other relevant factors. The Contractor must also be available to periodically meet with OCC staff in Headquarters offices located in Washington D.C. The Request for Quotation (RFQ), Number CC-97-Q-0014, is anticipated to be released on or about June 13, 1997. The requirement must be completed by the 4th quarter of 1997. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the OCC, but preference will be given to offerors with experience with both federal and non-federal employee benefits experience. All requests for a copy of the RFQ must be made in writing. (0148)
