S -- GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OF THE CANTONMENT AND MUNITIONS AREA SOL FA6648-97-B0003 DUE 073197 POC Gwen Rackley (305)224-7472 The 482nd FW Operational Contracting Office, Homestead Air Reserve Station, Dade County, FL, requires grounds maintenance for approximately 405 acres of improved grounds. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform grounds maintenance in the cantonment and munitions storage areas. Contract period is 01 Oct 97 thru 30 Sep 98, with four one year options. The projected date for availability of the solicitation package is on or about 30 Jun 97.
