The Contractor shall acquire the required Federal, State and local licenses, permits and certifications prior to personnel performing services. The minimum acceptable experience shall be creditable performance of hospital housekeeping services for twenty-four months within the previous thirty- six months. The Project Manager/Executive Housekeeper must be a certified member of the International Executive Housekeeper's Association (IEHA), and/or a certified member of the Environmental Management Association (EMA), or successful completion of a publicly offered housekeeper's course certified by IEHA or the EMA. Proposed contract is a firm fixed price contract for the period of 1 January 1998 through 31 December 1998 with four one-year options. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited toeligible 8(a) concerns. The SIC Code is 7349. 8(a) firms are requested to request a copy of the solicitation as expeditiously as possible since the solicitation will be issued without further notice. SBA has accepted the requirement for the section 8(a) program. Tentative issued date is 20 June 1997 and tentative closing date is 22 July 1997.
