Sealed bids are solicited for IFB C-1008, Contract 1F3081, for labor and materials for furnishing, installation and maintaining reforestation and landscape plantings and any other incidental work necessary for satisfactory completion of the work, including application of herbicide and seeding of reforestation areas. The areas to receive the plantings are on National Park Service property and Maryland National Capitol Park and Planning Commission property within the Suitland Parkway corridor in P.G. County adjacent to the WMATA Naylor Road Station and Line Structural Contract 1F0081 and the western half of the WMATA Suitland Station and Line Contract 1F0091. Plantings shall include: shade trees, evergreen trees, flowering trees and shrubs. Estimated cost is in the range of $200,00 to $500,000.
