Presolicitation notice. The work includes construction of an Indoor Simulator Marksmanship Training three-module facility at Horno Area 53, and an eight-module facility at Range 314 Area. It shall include site and utility work, concrete foundation, pre-engineered metal buildings, electrical power and lighting, ventilation, masonry walls, site clearing, minor grading and incidental related work. S.I.C. Code is 1542, "General Contractors- Nonresidential Buildings, Other Than Industrial Buildings and Warehouses". Estimated cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Completion time is 180 days. Bid opening is tentatively scheduled for 2:00 p.m. PST, July 22, 1997, at Building 22101, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA. All responsible sources may submit a bid and in shall be considered.
