Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids on a contract for the construction of a HVAC system and related work at the Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge, a satellite refuge of the Ninigret National Wildlife Refuge, Charlestown, Rhode Island. The work shall include all plant, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the HVAC System. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656 and is open to any size business. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
