Vendors will be evaluated on their technical capability and past performance. The vendor must demonstrate his technical capability in the following areas: Fire rated steel door and frame assemblies, previous government projects, experience with installation and testing of fire alarm systems, including pressurization systems, familiarity with standard practices for working with lead and asbestos, and familiarity with drywall construction.
