Z -- MISCELLANEOUS ROOF REPAIRS SOL DABT19-97-B-0018 DUE 081997 POC Contract Specialist CPT St John (913) 684-1619 (Site Code DABT19) The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials for removal / replacement of roofs on 64 family housing buildings at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Work to be performed includes but is not limited to the repair of roofs by removal of existing roof covering and replacement with new material, removal of roof framing, soffits, facia, flashing and sheathing, and replacement with new materials, as well as painting of wood/metal items as indicated. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1761 with a small business size standard of $7 million for the three (3) preceding fiscal years.
