BORNMAN (913)684-2091 (Site Code DABT19) Work includes but is not limited to: Repair of roofs on 13 main post buildings and 9 building of the United States Disciplinary Barracks (USDB); the USDB is a maximum security prison; the existing built-up and EPDM roofs shall be replaced with modified-bitumen; the existing metal and strip shingle roofs shall be replaced in kind; repair items will be ordered separately by the Contracting Officer as needed; All buildings will be occupied. This will be a firm fixed-price requirements type contract. Ordering period is 365 days from the Notice of Award. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $7.0 million.
