Z -- RENOVATE BUILDING 56, FORMER BARRACKS BUILDING AT FORT MCPHERSON, GA SOL DAKF11-97-B-0011 DUE 071397 POC Contract Specialist JANIE P WRIGHT (404) 464-4104 (Site Code DAKF11) Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials and perform all work to renovate the interior of building 56 at Fort McPherson to include the demolition and removal of certain interior partitions, ceilings, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, electrical systems and fire protection systems. Install new partitions, ceilings, light fixtures, plumbing and plumbing fixtures, heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, electrical systems and fire protection systems. Provide new handicap access ways and hydralic elevator. Provide new means of egress, bring building up to current NFPA standards for administrative use. Restore stair halls, transoms above door ways, etc. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Contract completion is 240 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
