Repair Taxiway 3 -- This project includes all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and performance necessary for the repair of Taxiway 3, at McConnell AFB, KS. Work includes, but is not limited to, mill and overlay, as required, Taxiway 3 and the southwest hammerhead from the West runway to the Boeing property line. The aircraft staging area will require concrete slab replacement and/or repair. This project also includes asphalt shoulders, taxiway light fixture adjustment, joint repairs and pavement marking. Magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Tentative bid opening date is 22 Jul 97. Performance period will be 150 calendar days after receipt of the Notice of Proceed. Standard Classification Code (SIC) is 1611. This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis. Project requirements will be made available on or about 23 Jun 97.
