Ordering Agreement, N00019-97-G-0077 with Texas Instruments,
Incorporated (TI), P.O. Box 660246, M/S 3137, Dallas, TX 75266-0246.
These orders will procure engineering studies and analysis in
evaluating High Speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) Weapon Systems and
support equipment, hardware and software deficiencies as required to
support the Navy, Airforce and FMS countries operational readiness. The
contractor shall also assist in identifying and communicating
operational readiness and reliability issues and potential resolutions
for the equipment life cycle. TI is the designer, developer and sole
producer of the AGM-88 HARM weapon system and the only known firm
possessing the knowledge and intimatefamiliarity of the HARM system to
