Technical representative for on site services on Coast Guard Gas Generators and Power turbines models; FT4A-2, FT4A-6, FT4A-12, GG4A3, FT4 Power turbine CW and CCW -- The contractor shall be regularly in the business of providing technical services to other FT4, GG4 gas generator and power turbine operators. The contractor shall provide the following services: troubleshooting; turbine casualties, failure analysis; determining the cause of casualties, systems, root cause and corrective action, field repairs; The contractor shall provide services to conduct onboard or pier side repairs. The Coast Guard will provide labor assistance for field repairs. -- The contractor shall be required to supply the Technical Representative to the designated location with thirty-six (36) hours after notification by the Contracting Officer.
