Demonstrate ability to effectively and efficiently plan and manage a public relations campaign. Experience dealing with the media and high level Federal, state and local representatives. Knowledge of Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary issues, skills and experience with computers, word processing and utilization of the Internet, A bachelor's degree or higher in Writing, Communications or Public Relations, flexibility to maintain varying working schedule as needed.
