In-place closure for one 5,000-gallon UST, removal and disposal of contaminated soil, preparation of closure reports for each site, replacement of aboveground storage tanks, piping, concrete pads/spill containments, and leak detection systems. The work will also consist of site restoration and fence construction. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the " BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY DEVELOPMENT REFORM ACT OF 1988" (Public Law 100-656). Solicitation documents will be available on 06/20/97.
