The base year will include two three module buildings (bldgs 3730 & 3731). The option years include three module and four module buildings. The project consists of renovation of seven existing LBC&W Barracks located in the 3700 block of Ft. Campbell, Ky. Work includes total demolition of interior non -load bearing partitions, HVAC and Electrical equipment. Renovation includes new drywall and steel stud partitions, mini-kitchen, window replacement, door replacement, new finishes, HVAC upgrade, Electrical upgrade, new standing seam metal roof, and repair, cleaning, and sealing of the exterior facade.
