Furnish all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary to renovate two (2) atriums at Headquarters-Air Force Center For Environmental Excellence, Brooks Air Force Base, Texas. The work will consist of, but not limited to, site preparation, elevate walking surface, relocate existing hose bibs, replace duplex outlets with flush-mounted floor units, remove existing floodlights and associated wiring, cap and abandon irrigation system in place, raise backflow preventer boxes flush with new walking surfaces, slope new walking surface to a minimum slope for drainage to the tree grate and utilize existing drainage system, provide plants and guarantee maintenance of plants for twelve (12) months, remove soil and relocate plants, provide and install tree grates, re-pot plants, and all other items necessary to complete the project.
