Notice of Intent to award extension of existing JOC to the current JOC contractor. The proposed contract action is to extend the period of performance under existing JOC No. DACA05-94-D-0011, with Brown and Root Services Corporation, for a period of 78 calender days. Increased capacity, beyond what was established in the original contract award, is not required. The reason for this action is to provide continuity in construction services for the real property maintenance and repair of the multiple facilities served under the California Sites JOC. The current JOC expires 14 July 1997. A new contract to service the current JOC installations is expected to be awarded on 1 October 1997. See Note 22. (0149)
