The U.S. Special Operations Command requires the following items/modifications to upgrade the ITT Avionics (ITTA) AN/ALQ-136 Pulse Jammer: 1) A Blanking Circuit for the AN/APR-39A(V)1 Radar Signal Detecting Set shall be incorporated into 53 each AN/ALQ 136 (V)2 Line Replaceable Units, ITTA Part Number C5121561; 2) A User Data Module field reprogramming capability programmed with the latest Operational Flight Program and User Data Base applicable to the 160th SOAR shall be incorporated into the AN/ ALQ 136 (V)2; 3) 27 each integrated transmit antenna assemblies which allow proper individual system operation while achieving system-to-system isolation levels necessary to assure ALQ-136, ALQ-162, and APR-39 operability; 4) 104 each radomes which comply to the requirements of ITAAV Specification 2629184; 5) 110 each Government owned antenna assemblies, ITAA part number C5121596, shall be modified to incorporate narrow beam lenses which meet the performance defined in ITAA Avionics specification 2635596. Theperiod of performance is estimated to be one year. The intended source of supply is ITT Avionics, 100 Kingsland Road, Clifton, NJ 0714-1993. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code assigned to this acquisition is 1680. The size standard is 1000. Firms that recognize and can provide the required supplies/services as described above are encouraged to identify themselves to the contracting officer.
