The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a supply/service contract to the qualified individual or business capable of providing a carbonated beverage system for the Federal Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky. Services include but are not limited to: supplying six dispensing systems, utilizing a self contained, bag in the box type of system. The systems should dispense a minimum of six flavors, four carbonated and two non-carbonated, plus an ice dispensing section. Deliveries will be one per week. Maintenance of the equipment is also required, with quarterly preventative maintenance checks. Requirements include: at least one year of prior carbonated beverage supply and equipment maintenance experience. The contract period will be for twelve months from date of award. This solicitation is unrestricted. The anticipated issue date of solicitations is June 11, 1997, with an anticipated receipt of offers due by July 30, 1997. Anticipated award date is October 1, 1997.
